An open design geared towards your environment

Your company may have a mixed range of complex applications. Delivering supreme flexibility and multi-source capability, ALERT stands out from the competition by offering compatibility with several data acquisition sources while supporting an extensive array of notification media.

Scalability & Adaptability

Unlike hardware-driven solutions, ALERT is an end-to-end software solution, meaning that your application can easily be upgraded over time.

Whether you are looking to change your computing infrastructure (Windows OS, hardware, etc.), increase the number of points that are monitored across your facility, update your practices or harness new features, ALERT lets you define a basic need that can easily be scaled up over time to match changes in your requirements and facility.

Security - Fast Response - Traceability - Mobility

The immediate benefits of installing ALERT

Redundant architecture

To raise the security bar even higher if a failure strikes the system and maintain the highest availability, ALERT can be rolled out as part of a redundant architecture. If the main workstation is unable to perform its tasks (PC, data source or call system outage), the redundant workstation automatically and seamlessly takes over without any loss of data.

In addition, ALERT includes monitoring features for keeping a close eye on the entire system and triggering preventive alarms if one of the workstations suffers a failure (loss of modems, link failure with the data sources, communication issues between the ALERT workstations, and so on), regardless of whether it is active or idle. The ability to take action before system performance hits the rocks guarantees peace of mind that you will be called whatever the circumstances.

Multilingual solution

ALERT has been designed for international use and supports multiple languages in its GUI and notification messages.

This means that all operators can receive alarm messages in their chosen language and enjoy a user-friendly working interface with the different languages on offer (choice of eight languages).
